As part of these Services, ServicePik facilitates payment transfers to Service Professionals and manages the collection of payments on their behalf.

The services provided by Service Professionals are referred to as "Pro Services." ServicePik neither delivers nor takes responsibility for Pro Services. The Platform is designed for your personal, non-commercial use, unless stated otherwise.

An integral aspect of the Services involves ServicePik's capacity to send you text messages, emails, or WhatsApp messages for bookings, promotions, and marketing. You may be required to provide identification proof to access Services or Pro Services.

2. User Content

Our Platform may include interactive features that enable users to post, upload, or submit comments, reviews, feedback, or other content ("User Content").

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to your User Content.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for Pro Services is processed through our secure payment system. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Platform, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy or required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must not use our services to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

ServicePik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
